New Surface Pro i7 256GB storage model is 10% cheaper

The new Surface Pro hasn’t seen a whole lot of price cuts considering it is still fresh out of the oven, but occasional price cuts have been spotted on the Internet every now and then.

One such price cut has been spotted on where price of the new Intel Core i7 Surface Pro with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage has been reduced by 10 per cent. The Microsoft Surface Pro (Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM, 256GB) is available for just $1,445.00 instead of the usual $1,599.00 and this is definitely appealing considering that a $154 price cut on a new two-in-one this early after launch is unexpected.

We don’t believe that the price cut will last much long and it would most probably a move by a retailer to get rid of last couple of pieces of the new Surface Pro to make way for new arrivals.

There is an 8 per cent price cut for Microsoft Surface Pro (Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 512 GB) as well which is now available for $2,022.99 instead of the usual $2,199.00. This particular variant of the new Surface Pro is just one model below the top-end variant and if you aren’t interested in 1TB storage, this is the one you can opt for considering that it is available for just a few dollars above the $2K mark.

We are seeing price cuts on the new Surface Pro slowly and this indicates that all variants of the new two-in-one are likely to become cheaper and more and more people will be able to get their hands on one at lower prices.
