Japanese car manufacturer Nissan has decided to switch lanes and has launched a new Scratch Shield self-healing iPhone case compatible with Apple iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S models. The Nissan Scratch Shield iPhone claims to heal itself from any scrape that utilizes the self-healing paint finish developed by company back in 2005 that is used on Nissan and Infiniti cars.

Samsung 46-inch transparent LCD panel

Malvika SampatSamsung Electronics has announced to expand its transparent display segment with the Samsung 46” transparent LCD panel. The LCD is scheduled to enter mass production before the end of January 2012. It features 70 percent color gamut and offers contrast ratio of 4500:1 for enhanced quality.
Samsung’s 46-inch transparent LCD panel can project high definition visuals in 1366 x 768p resolution.

Shailesh VyasAlcatel has launched a new affordable android smartphone, the Blaze Duo. The Alcatel Blaze Duo has dual SIM and dual standby capabilities. The company has introduced two version of this smartphone called the Alcatel Blaze Duo OT-918N and the Alcatel Blaze Duo OT-918D.
Both Blaze Duo OT-918N and the Blaze Duo OT-918D devices have a 3.2 inches LCD screen with an HVGA resolution and a 3 megapixel rear camera with video recording capabilities.
