Ariana Grande resumes tour after Manchester attack

All proceeds will support those affected by the bomb attack, which occurred just after Grande's May 22 concert in Manchester. Grande appeared throughout the three hour concert, performing duets with numerous artists, including a cover of Crowded House's "Don't Dream It's Over" with Cyrus.

The star has visited victims in hospital and even changed the entire set list of the concert on the wishes of one late fan.

Viewers were so impressed with Ariana and her efforts to help those injured that fans have been calling for the American star to receive an honorary Damehood from the Queen.

About 450,000 people donated money during the concert, which took place at the Old Trafford Cricket Ground in Manchester and was streamed in 50 countries over YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.

The sales will add to the We Love Manchester Emergency Fund, for which £10 million has already been raised.

Security at the concert was understandably tight, and was tightened further following another brutal terrorist attack that occurred late Saturday night, which saw three men drive a truck into a crowd only to later stab people in nearby pubs and restaurants.

Ariana Grande and her crew got matching Manchester bee tattoos as a permanent tribute to the city following last month's terror attack at Manchester Arena. Ariana also performed "One Last Time" at the end of One Love Manchester.

British singer Marcus Mumford held a moment of silence before performing at the concert The leader of rock band Mumford & Sons sang Timshel while strumming his guitar. Those who were at the concert on May 22 received free tickets for Sunday's event.

Featuring the likes of Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and Pharrell Williams, it raised over Dollars 13 million for victims and families affected by the bombing.

The event was broadcast to more than 50 countries around the world and watched in the United Kingdom by a peak of 14.5million on the night, making it the most-watched TV show of the year so far.
